What vaccinated

What will be vaccinated?


Three vaccines against the swine flu are approved:
- Pandemrix from GlaxoSmithKline for children from 6 months (half a dose for children aged 6 to 35 months) and adults (but not for pregnant women).
- Focetria Novartis: pregnant women, children under 3 years old and children under 17 years with immunosuppression. Children 6 to 35 months can also be vaccinated with Focetria but received twice the dose.
- Celtura Novartis: Not immunosuppressed children over 3 years and adults, including pregnant women. Children 3 to 9 years and adults over 60 years received two doses at intervals of three weeks. Pregnant women will be vaccinated with Celutra, they must be entered in a national register.

Mothers and breastfeeding mothers can be vaccinated with all three vaccines.
